The Outreach assistance is for the short term and supplemental to the help received from other social services agencies.

The most effective way for a person to attain independence is to formulate a plan. We are here to support that plan for attaining independence.

The goal is to provide help to prevent homelessness and hunger, to work through a crisis, not to improve one’s lifestyle.
